- BIOLOGICAL GREEN Descriptive Term – First Use July 17, 2012. (Definition updated Jan. 18, 2019).
Describes a patented specialty treatment oil, "Substrate-Protecting Treatment" at least 99% plant-based used in all products. Name of oil, ENDURE56, and Paradise Oil, U.S. Patent No. 9,139,754 B1. The term describes product(s) in two embodiments (see #2 below), and #3 below for differentiating characteristics. A treatment oil with the following active properties: anticancer, anti-disease, anticarcinogen, anti-aging (oxygen attracting or absorbing or providing), anti-inflammatory, cell regenerating, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-itch, moisturizing/moisture retention, anti-viral properties, the top skin-protecting, and dandruff fighting, active properties for use on both biological and non biological materials. The human body is biological, not chemical! Biological materials are produced by a biological system. A short list of biological materials include: hair, skin, fingernails, toenails, chitin and collagen from marine invertebrates, bone, teeth and enamel, artery, tissue and blood. Non biological materials don't involve and aren't derived from biology or living things, a few examples are: detergent, washing powder and soap. Human made chemicals are for non-living things like a rock or piece of paper. This U.S. patent protected deep penetrating multi-use specialty treatment oil embodiments can be used as a coating, for providing oxygen atoms, attracting oxygen atoms, is biodegradable, sustainable, regenerating, rejuvenating, restoring, and rebuilding, includes active properties and much more.
One hundred percent (minus less than one percent), of the ingredients are nutrient ingredients, including naturally-occurring nutrient elements, strongly linked and biologically compatible with the nature of living matter or of, or, connected with biology, life and living, and not contaminating to groundwater or contributing to air pollution while being free of hazardous ingredients, and toxic chemicals. Is free of damaging endocrine-disrupting chemicals, cancer-causing carcinogens, toxins, and poisons. The ingredients are also 100% drug free.
In one embodiment the common to biological materials nutrient ingredients have a high solids content, having substantially no volatile organic compounds. Does include nutrients for regeneration and rejuvenation of contaminated blood cells, restoring vital naturally-occurring nutrients, and nutrients to assist in rebuilding health/or blood cells. Includes very deep penetrating blood cell nutrients, and biological material nutrients, particularly naturally-occurring chemical elements required by human/pet body. Such nutrients provide the longest lasting and enduring protection including detoxifying nutrients, following application on skin and other biological materials. - BIOLOGICAL GREEN™ Term Belongs To The Following
Made for use in two embodiments. In one embodiment (embodiment #1), the term belongs to a wood protection coating ENDURE56 (wood is a biological material like skin and blood), sealer, deep penetrating, multipurpose specialty oil which includes edible plant-based nutrient ingredients, e.g., natural vegetable oils, organic caneberry seed oils, and an edible liquid supplement comprising a plurality of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, nitrogen, chlorophyll, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), ribonucleic acid (RNA), proteins, carbohydrates, lipids/fatty acids, and nucleic acids. In other embodiments (embodiment #2), the term includes the nutrient ingredients in embodiment #1 as well as, and including products which may include trace amounts of purified water, and larger than trace amounts of USDA certified organic tea tree essential oil, USDA certified organic clove bud essential oil, USDA certified organic peppermint essential oil, olive oil, activated olive oil with one extra atom of oxygen (O3), and a coconut kernel oil-based surfactant. All, some, or many different combinations of these supplemental nutrient ingredients are used in the making of products (e.g., ENDURE56, Paradise Oil), for the biological materials: skin, hair, blood cells, and more. Fifty-six of the plant-based nutrients in embodiment #1, are identified in the biological material wood. In embodiment #2 Paradise Oil shares more than 70 identified nutrients in the human body, including skin (the body's largest organ), and red blood cells. - BIOLOGICAL GREEN™ Differentiating Characteristics Not In Other Products: •1. The ingredients are nutrients, including naturally-occurring nutrient elements, either plant-based, or other, such as purified water. •2. Nutrients, organic oils, pure substances (elements) and all other ingredients are eco-friendly, people and pet friendly, renewable, sustainable and biodegradable. •3. 99% plant-based nutrient ingredients connected with biology, life and living, free of groundwater and air contaminants. •4. Includes higher safeguards and compatibilities beneficial to the environment and the health of all living and decaying things. •5. All ingredients are safe to humans, animals (including family pets), and plants. •6. Nutrient ingredients ARE NOT toxic, DO NOT INCLUDE hazardous/or damaging, damaging, or degrading uncommon nutrient ingredients harmful to biological materials. •7. The high concentration of nutrient ingredients are not found in chemical-based, or in 'green' 'natural' 'all natural' 'organic' labeled products which contain zero-to-little shared, or fewer shared, or, “in common” nutrient ingredients identified in biological, or other, materials receiving an application. •8. Contains none of the following hazards: damaging endocrine-disrupting chemicals, toxic/poisons (e.g., ethyl alcohol, a common after shave ingredient), carcinogens, toxins, (e.g., VOCs – volatile organic compounds), hazardous ingredients (e.g., *solvents [excluding water], and organic solvents, petroleum distillates), artificial colors, artificial flavors, yeast, lactose, dairy products, milk, wheat grain, artificial perfumes, fragrances or sweeteners. •9. Closest match, and duplication of nutrient ingredients in living/younger or older/decaying biological material(s) and the end product biological material carrying this descriptive term. •10. Greatest level of cooperation and compatibility between nutrient ingredients and any/all biological material(s) and end products which include them. •11. Includes the four organic compounds: proteins, carbohydrates, lipids/fatty acids, and nucleic acids found in all living things, including decaying wood, and other biological materials. •12. Includes the six ingredients of life (carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, sulfur). •13. Includes the 20 essentials of life. •14. Includes positively charge antioxidant nutrients to bond with negatively charged biological material (e.g., hair). •15.
